Thanks to 3Shape and Digital Systems service, we take three-dimensional images of your teeth, design them digitally and turn them into reality with computer-aided production methods. Thus, we ensure that your teeth are renewed in the most aesthetic and functional way.

After the teeth are shaped for prosthetics such as crowns, bridges and laminates, the measurement phase begins. Instead of old-style silicone impressions, digital impressions are taken using intraoral scanners. Unlike silicone impressions, digital impressions are much more detailed. Intraoral scanning is performed by bringing together hundreds of photographs taken with micron precision. This scan is transmitted to the laboratory electronically and the design phase is quickly started.

Intraoral scans taken with 3Shape quickly reach the laboratory with the same software infrastructure and the design phase begins. The designs of the prostheses such as crowns and bridges that will be applied to the patient in the digital environment are made precisely. Thanks to the 3Shape system software, the most compatible prostheses is designed based on the scan taken from the patient. The designed prostheses is transferred to the engraving devices that will produce the prostheses, thanks to the same infrastructure.

The designs prepared in the laboratory are transmitted to production devices with 3Shape software for the final stage. In these devices, the engraving process starts according to the selected material (metal, zirconium, e-max). Scraping process; It takes a certain amount of time depending on the type of material chosen and the number of members of the prostheses to be made. This process is prepared with micron level precision, as in the scanning and design systems that include the 3Shape system. The prepared dentures are polished and ready to be transferred into the mouth.

Performing intraoral scanning, designing prostheses and manufacturing prostheses are detailed stages. Although these stages are sensitive, the prostheses are prepared in a short time and applied to the patient's mouth, thanks to the system working in harmony. Prostheses can be prepared either on the same day or within hours, depending on the planned prostheses. Digital systems have brought convenience, precision and speed to dentistry.
